Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We will endeavour to get your order out on time, if we anticipate any delays we will contact you via the email address you have provided.

Please note that once your order has been handed over to our delivery companies delays are unfortunately out of our control but we will of course remain in contact with you until your order has arrived.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order will be shipped using the following companies:

Flat Rate £3.00 - Royal Mail Tracked 48 - estimated 1- 2 business days

Flat Rate £3.95 - 5.95 Evri Send - estimated - 1-2 business days

Flat Rate £10.95 Sid Dickens - UPS - next business day

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over £35 within a 2 mile radius of HX1 or HX6 For orders under £35 we charge £3 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from 5pm in weekdays or after 12 midday on Saturday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store in The Piece Hall in Halifax, West Yorkshire HX1 1RE. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10-4.30 Monday - Friday / 10-5.00 Saturday / 10.00-4.00 Sunday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

Please contact us to obtain a quote for any international shipping requirements.

Returns

Don't Worry, Be Happy....

We hope that you are delighted with your order but we understand that there may be an occasion where you will need to return something to us.

You must advise us of your wish to return your item within 14 days of receipt and your item must be returned to us within 28 days of receipt for a full refund.

We are unable to accept for return earrings for pierced ears and any personal or perishable items due to hygiene reasons.

Sid Dickens

We are unable to accept returns for Sid Dickens Memory Blocks due to the fragile nature of the pieces. Once they leave us we cannot accept responsibility for the integrity of the pieces specifically on their return journey to us which renders them unsuitable for resale.

Please note we cannot accept responsibility for shipping costs for your return.
